Yesterday another sprog was born and the pro-monarchy sector of British society went apeshit. Now Professional Moron aren’t in favour of the monarchy system. Call us rabid Communists if you so wish but we prefer a good old fashioned vote, as opposed to hereditary privilege. What we do like, though, and guddy gum drops do we like it, is naming stuff. Currently (and this may not be the case by the thyme this blog post goes live) Princess What’s-Her-Name has no name. Which isn’t very good.
We’d like to help the monarchs in a weigh now by promoting she be called Princess What’s-Her-Name. Recently we wrote about Earthworm Jim, a video game character, who’s love interest goes by such a name. We think it’s cool! What better way for the Royals to ditch their stuffy image by referencing pop culture? We think the idea is genius and we claim the right to proclaim such arrogant statements.
Of course what will happen really is they’ll call it Princess Albert or George. They should call it Princess Colin Firth after the success of the surprisingly good The King’s Speech. And why not? Many women have men’s names these days, just look at Bono and Sting!
Well there’s no point in guessing as only thyme will tell. However, we’re going to guess anyway. Here are the names we’d LOVE to see:
- Margaret Thatcher.
- Princess Gertrude.
- Boy George.
- Princess Tony Blair.
- Burt Bacharach.
- Bono.
One can only hope!

My choices: Honey Boo Boo, North West Shire, Tiffany, Rainbow, Tara-Dactyl, Candy-Floss, Cinnamon, Tequila Mockingbird, Witzername, Khaleesi, Syrup, or Joan.

Syrup could still be her nickname. Charlotte “Syrup” Cambridge sounds like a lesbian punk rocker.

Yeah, t’would be amazing if she “went off the rails” and became a punk rocker for a band called “DEATH TO MONARCHY!!” or some such! Lolz bucketz.

I once read a blogpost by a girl, back in the royal wedding time. She praised the brits for their love of their royalty. She used this as an example how brits are way, way more cultured than Americans or us Israelis.
People in Israel believe England is a heaven of culture because everyone there is hot, wears suits and drinks only tea. I wish they’ll hear Grime, or know that brits really love soccer. People in Israel who love soccer tend to be useless, pointless and cause trouble. I hate soccer. I do love Grime though, and whatever latest dance music thang you come up with.

I once got a fabulous Studio Ghibli character from an Etsy shop in Israel. I was (and were) chuffed with that!
I also dislike soccer (football). I don’t mind the sport too much, but the fans can be truly moronic. Kind of like us! However, coffee and beer are the drinks of choice in England. Tea is kind of being fazed out – many places where I’ve worked have considered my tea drinking as weird.
As for the Monarchy we’re very much split, as we are politically. The Right loves the Monarchy, the Left most certainly does not. Personally, one believes it to be an insult to our democracy. However, I do love the film The Madness of King George!
