A relaxing abstract pinball game, you say!? Well, that’s what you have in From Eva with Green, the work of indie team Crescent Moon Games.
This one is fairly reminiscent of the paintball style INKS (2016), a beautiful pinball game that doesn’t get enough attention.
Available on mobiles and Steam, it launched this week (March 2024) and offers a casual, relaxing experience of it. And all at super cheap value. Hurray!

From Eva with Green is more about the chillout factor.
But there’s a story in there, too. At the start, you get a letter from the enigmatic Eva Blossom. She includes a green souvenir with her note.

From Eva with Green is £2.49 ($3.17), like a cup of tea.

The game is a thing of minimalistic beauty to behold. There’s relaxation galore, the controls are simple but make it all fun, and there’s ambient music to go with it all.
Yeah, when you search for the game online it keeps firing back pictures and information about French actress Eva Gaëlle Green. Which made researching this review a little more difficult than it needed to be!
But… we won’t mark the devs down for that (although they could have done an SEO think ahead of launching the title with that name).
Away from that, it’s a simple but engaging game that relaxes. Nothing groundbreaking, but then sometimes stuff doesn’t need to be.
